We have recently completed yet another exciting project at The Bike Storage Company. We worked on behalf of PDR Construction on their latest Bow Road development, which consists of 36 two—and three-bedroom apartments.
With the project seeking a BREEAM excellent rating, our design team worked alongside PDR to produce 3 bespoke Amazon Eco Shelters housing 67 Semi Vertical Bike Racks. Each shelter is accessible through double doors secured using magnetic locks controlled by residents’ existing access fobs.
To ensure the highest possible BREEAM rating, a full PIR lighting system was incorporated throughout all 3 shelters. Shelters were constructed from hot-dipped galvanised steel fully clad in FSC timber, again provided with our industry-first 15-year no rust/rot guarantee.
It was fantastic to hear the project did achieve the excellent BREEAM rating and the shelters extremely popular with the new residents. We are looking forward to working with PDR on their next development
