For Chelsea Harbour, we delivered a robust, design-led system combining high-security mesh partitioning with a perforated cycle store enclosure to serve residents and commuters in a luxury setting.

We engineered two complementary systems—mesh partitioning and a perforated enclosure—custom-designed to the project’s brief.

High-Security Mesh Partitioning

Creates a tamper-resistant perimeter while maintaining visibility and airflow.

• 80×3 SHS uprights with welded baseplates, powder-coated RAL 5008 for a sleek, durable finish.
• 656 twin-wire security mesh (200×50 mm aperture), fixed with anti-tamper security clips.
• Double-leaf outward-opening swing gate with D-handles and M16 hinges for secure, user-friendly access.

Cycle Store Perforated Enclosure

Design-forward enclosure providing secure storage and a clean visual profile.

• 80×3 SHS uprights & 50×2.5 SHS rails, powder-coated RAL 5008 to match the partitioning.
• 3 mm aluminium perforated panels with cycle motif—durable, refined, and high-visibility.

Installation & Delivery

• Site preparation: Level foundations; clear access maintained on all sides.
• Material handling: Coordinated offload and distribution with site pallet trucks.
• Power & waste: Verified power availability and managed waste via on-site systems to minimise disruption.
