
Court Place Gardens is a landmark residential development by Oxford University, designed to provide high-quality sustainable housing for post-graduate students and their families. With 71 new-build homes constructed to Passivhaus principles, alongside the refurbished Grade II listed Mansion House, the scheme place sustainability, community, and long-term durability at its core.
To complement the development’s eco-conscious design including solar panels, air source heat pumps, and a fossil fuel-free infrastructure. We were selected to design and install a series of bespoke cycle and bin storage solutions.
