The Bike Storage Company partnered with Volker Fitzpatrick to deliver a large-scale, environmentally conscious cycle storage solution at Nestles Avenue – an urban regeneration scheme designed to support sustainable commuting. The project required
robust, secure, and space-efficient infrastructure while maintaining architectural consistency across the site.
Nestles Avenue, a mixed-use hub, needed functional cycle storage across multiple locations while meeting sustainability and security requirements. We supplied and installed a coordinated range of British-made enclosures and racks that balance durability with aesthetic appeal.
Leveraging our experience in large-scale developments, we designed a bespoke cycle and bin storage strategy combining security, usability, and sustainability. Each element was precision-engineered, manufactured in Britain, and installed to the highest standards.
Our in-house installation team managed all aspects of the delivery process – from logistics and ground preparation to final fitting – overcoming tight spatial and access constraints. Each unit was installed to specification, ensuring stability, accuracy, and minimal on-site disruption.
The Nestles Avenue installation showcases how modular, British-made infrastructure can improve both the usability and sustainability of urban developments. The collaboration between Volker Fitzpatrick and The Bike Storage Company delivered a functional yet design-led cycle solution that supports London’s wider shift toward greener transport.
