Court Place Gardens, Oxford – A flagship residential development has been awarded the Plague Award at the Oxford Preservation Trust Awards 2025 under the New Buildings category.
The OPT judges noted the the Court Place Gardens scheme “reflects real understanding of landscape, community, and long-term stewardship.” We are immensely proud that our bespoke cycle storage and bin store solutions played a meaningful role in helping the project achieve this recognition.
About Court Place Gardens
Court Place Gardens provides 71 Passivhaus-standard homes for Oxford’s postgraduate community, alongside the refurbishment of a Grade II listed Mansion House.
To complement the eco-conscious approach of the development, we were appointed to design, manufacture, and install a suite of cycle storage and bin storage facilities, all tailored to the needs of a high-density residential scheme.
