Working on the latest phase of developments at Amazon’s Holborn offices. The Bike Storage Company were tasked with providing 200 BREEAM-compliant cycle spaces. With space at a premium across several rooms within the site, naturally, our Semi Vertical Rack was selected as the most suitable product. With a locking hoop incorporated free of charge, full BREEAM compliance was ensured across this project.
Our in-house design team liaised with project architects throughout the contract, originally increasing storage from 167nr space to 200nr as specified by the client while ensuring a user-friendly design for every cycle store. We provided the client with a complete design pack, comprehensive layout, and product drawings.
Also provided for this project was our two-year proactive maintenance package consisting of biannual visits, ensuring all racks are in full working order and conducting any necessary maintenance. The client was extremely pleased with the project’s outcome, and we are looking forward to starting work at their Principle Place development.
