1. Website Content & Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that prices and product descriptions on this website are accurate at the time of publication. However, the following conditions apply.
Product appearance
Product colours and appearance may vary depending on screen resolution and device type. We cannot guarantee that images displayed will exactly match the delivered product.
Pricing
The price you pay is the price shown at the time your order is received and confirmed.
If a pricing error is discovered:

If we cannot contact you, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full
Product descriptions
We aim to describe all products accurately, including textures and finishes. However, variations may occur. Please refer to our Returns Policy if you are dissatisfied.
Coastal locations
Products supplied for coastal environments may require upgraded coatings or materials. All products are supplied as standard unless otherwise specified.

2. Payment
Payment is taken in full before goods are dispatched.

Cheque or cash (Pro Forma invoices only)
By providing card details, you confirm that the card is yours. All payments are subject to validation and authorisation.
Goods remain the property of The Bike Storage Company Ltd until paid for in full. If goods are recovered, payments made are non-refundable and recovery costs are chargeable to the client.
3. Accepting Your Order
All orders are subject to stock availability and payment checks. We reserve the right to reject any order.

4. Delivery
Delivery areas
Free delivery applies to orders over £250 to England and Wales unless stated otherwise.
Deliveries to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and other locations may incur a surcharge. This will be confirmed before dispatch.
Delivery times
Delivery times vary by product and availability. Estimated lead times are indicative and not guaranteed.
Orders placed outside office hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm) will be processed from the next working day.
Unloading and access
Unless installation is included, customers are responsible for unloading deliveries. Tail-lift, Moffett, or FORS-compliant delivery can be arranged at additional cost.
Risk and inspection
Risk passes on delivery. Please inspect goods immediately and reject deliveries that are damaged or substandard. If inspection is refused, note this on the delivery paperwork.
Goods taken abroad are supplied at the customer’s risk and may affect warranty.
5. Order Cancellation & Returns
We may cancel a contract if:

Stock is unavailable

Delivery to your location is not possible

Pricing errors have occurred
Customer cancellation
If goods have been dispatched or received:

They must be returned unused and in saleable condition

Return costs and risk are the customer’s responsibility
Refunds are processed within 30 days of goods being returned and inspected.
Delivery charges are non-refundable. Collection costs arranged by us will be deducted from any refund.
Cancellation periods

Standard orders: 7 days from contract or receipt (25% restocking fee applies)

Made-to-order products: cancellation accepted within 48 hours only

After this period, cancellation charges of 20–40% may apply
6. Problems With Goods
Please notify us immediately of any issues and retain original packaging.
If goods are confirmed as faulty:

We will offer a replacement or full refund, including UK delivery charges
Goods supplied outside the UK are excluded from this provision.
7. Manufacturers’ Guarantees
Manufacturers’ guarantees apply in addition to these terms. We will liaise with manufacturers on your behalf where applicable.
8. Installation
Customers must ensure installation sites are accessible and ready.
Failure to do so may result in additional charges:

Half day (4 hours): £450 + VAT

Full day (8 hours): £750 + VAT
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel installation.
9. Copyright & Use of Content
All website content is owned or licensed by The Bike Storage Company Ltd.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse content for commercial purposes without written permission.
We reserve the right to use submitted content, including images and text, for marketing and publicity.
10. Limitation of Liability
You must notify us of any issues within:

2 working days of delivery for damaged or incorrect goods

50 days of ordering for non-delivery
Our liability is limited to:

Replacement

Repair
-
Refund of the purchase price
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or goodwill.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Exclusions of Liability
These exclusions do not apply to fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
13. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by English law. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Statutory Rights
These Terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
